What do you need to run it?
It is really easy to execute the report since we only need two data point. In order to carry out the query, it's only necessary to include the persons full name and last name.
Know the legal situation of a person, check international black lists, if they have any lawsuits at a national level and if their participation in a company.
1. Company Consult
Consult if the person is a partner in a company by checking the Public Registry of Commerce (Registro Público de Comercio - RGC).
2. Lawsuits
Verify if there are any lawsuits at a national level. The search is done te a federal level and with 32 of the Federal Entities.
3. Black Lists
Check if the person is on black lists and sanction lists; all of the following are reviewed:
International Sanctions Lists
Criminal Lists
Watch Lists
Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)
National Sanctions Lists
